Hello members of the USHL! If you wish to sign up to be an owner, GM, or AGM, please fill this out, and we will interview you for said position, any owner may choose his/her GM and AGM, without filling this out, and being interviewed, this is for those that want to be reserve management, or have not been given a management position yet!
