USHL vs l Noss l 96 l

Complaint: Verbal harassment towards 1 league official, and written harassment towards another league official.

Rule Broken: I.1. Member Behavior

Officially Appealed: Yes,

Member saying it had nothing to do with the league. The conversation had started about me talking to him about the league, then i had asked him to stop and given him a verbal warning in a message, saying that if he kept going and threatening he will be suspended, and he kept going. That went on for about 20 minutes, then he did the same thing to crosby after the games. He also was saying the same kind of things in the lobby chat box (no proof for that).

Appeal: Denied, Still a 4 Game Suspension

The USHL has decided to suspend l Noss l 96 l for 4 games, effective from Week 3 - Game 3 until Week 3 - Game 7

*Note* if this happens again, noss will be suspended for the entire season atleast, if not more

Noss has been blacklisted for continuing to do what he was suspended for, and also playing while he was suspended, knowingly.
