NEHL is merging into us!

The NEHL is merging into us, they had 4 teams, we have 4, so i decided to carry their teams over and add them, they will be slotted into the schedule as of tuesday, and will be playing. They wont be on the site yet, but will be allowed to play.

This will change some rules:

The salary cap is now 40 Million

The people coming from their league not on a roster will be added to FA

All 8 teams will now make the playoffs, and the playoffs will extend into the first 3 days of NHL 14!
